i dont agree with this one, bcuz yes its mentioned in quraan so of course its important..
the funny thing is,when a subject like this is mentioned its not priotities, but we can sit and use plenty of time on idle talk and that wud be ok,but discussing something important is not prioties..

but at some point there is an ikhtilaaf on this as well as other issues and people get carried away sometimes and can’t leave it at that

and i highly doubt he’s proposing talking about idle topics is more important but that there are some issues even more pressing than fiqhi disputes

the truly funny thing is usually if someone doesn’t understand priorities already it’s hard to remind them - they usually can’t understand the reminder either (as obviously they see priorities differently)

It is an issue of what constitutes the `awrah and fitnah (lack of lowering the gaze, etc).

Yes the scholars don’t disagree that a kaafir man can not see a Muslimah’s face, whether they deem it to be `awrah or not.

It would be nice to see where they allow it.
